Cancellation and Refund Policy

Life Happens!

From time to time there may be a need to cancel or withdraw a student from one of our programs. Please keep in mind the following Cancellation and Refund Policies:

SUMMER CAMP Policy for in house registrations: (NOTE: External Registration policies are determined by the host location)

  • A full refund will be issued, if payed with check, and less $5 refund if payed with a credit card, if cancellation is requested up to two weeks prior to the scheduled camp start date. In the two weeks prior, you can still receive a partial/majority refund, less the $30 deposit prior to the first day of camp.

AS Classes/KNO & Special Events Policy for in house registrations: (NOTE: External Registration policies are determined by the host location)

  • A full refund will be issued, if payed with check, and less $5 refund if payed with a credit card, if cancellation is requested up to and including 24 hours before the start of an event.

ALL EVENTS for in house registrations: 

There are no refunds or credits for “no-shows” to a program.

Bricks 4 Kidz reserves the right to cancel a program at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, site issues, registrations, weather, or other issues beyond our control. Participants will be notified as soon as possible and appropriate credits or refunds will be issued promptly.

Snow days – we will notify you ASAP when there is a snow day. We will either re-schedule the snow day to the end of the session or give you a coupon for a credit toward the next session or class.

Extenuating circumstances will be considered on a case by case basis.
