Bricks 4 Kidz is currently seeking a fun, energetic and reliable instructor for the following programs;
- After School Programs
- Mom & Tot/ Preschool Programs
- Vacation Camps
- Kidz Night Out
- Field Trips/Workshops in schools
- Special Events
- Birthdays
Responsibilities include:
Setting up /take down of programs, facilitating and engaging children in LEGO® based activities, assisting children with building Bricks 4 Kidz LEGO® plans, teaching builders about various concepts using Bricks 4 Kidz Teachers Guides, interacting with parents, ensuring that all builders feel safe and cared for in a comfortable and fun atmosphere. As well as, organizing and managing large groups of children on your own.
Qualifications:
- Must have their own reliable vehicle to transport program supplies
- Be available between 1 and 5 PM and on weekends, however this is negotiable
- Know basic First Aid (must be willing to obtain this shortly after becoming employed with Bricks 4Kidz)
- Willing to obtain a current criminal background check including fingerprinting
- Experience with children ages 4 and up is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Comfortable working alone with large groups of children.
- This is a permanent part-time position
