Bricks 4 Kidz® is back at YCIS this spring with new themes!
Children from KG-5th grade build specially-designed Bricks 4 Kidz models, play games and explore new themes.
Our goal is to provide an opportunity for students to learn about fun and engaging STEM concepts that are age-appropriate. By learning through play, kids can develop a passion for STEM without even knowing it. We use a mix of media including LEGO® bricks to teach STEAM topics.
Through team work, campers will enjoy model building with lego bricks, motorized models, arts & crafts, mosaic lego and more! We have morning warm ups and recess, outdoor breaks, and playground time.
CAMP STRUCTURE
At our camps, kids join stations and switch activities daily. Even if they revisit a station, they’ll never repeat the same activity. We’ll have motorized models, mosaics, 3D builds and more!
CAMP TIMINGS
9 AM – 3 PM, drop off starting 8:50AM
AfterCare available from 3PM – 5PM
Late pick-up after 3:10 PM (full day) or after 5:10 PM for after care, there will be a $15 additional charge.
POLICIES
Conduct: We may release any child with unmanageable behavior without refunding fees.
Sick Policy: Must be fever free without medication for 24 hours. Children with cough/cold symptoms recommended to stay home. Children showing slight symptoms may attend camp, but must be masked.
Visit CA Dept. of Public Health fore more guidance to send or keep your child home.
WHAT TO BRING
Have your little one dress in layers in case of rain or shine as we are outdoors and inside.

Tuesday, April 8th | Transformation Creations
Get ready to build and discover how your model transforms! Campers will love the mash-up of combination models that can be rebuilt into something different. These awesome 2-in-1 models will include exciting robots, vehicles and more!
Follow the step-by-step building plans and ignite your inner engineer by using your imagination to transform your model into something unique. Join us for this fun-filled camp where you’ll use your creativity and engineering skills to build and transform!
Wednesday, April 10th | Ro-Blocks
Know a kid that’s a fan of playing Roblox? They will love this Roblox-inspired building
camp! We have a LEGO block-based building adventure ahead of us, not to mention
daily motorized models of things like cars and animals that really move! We’ll build all
kinds of amazing LEGO creations based on their favorite games! Whether they’re into
racing cars, building cities, making pizza, or adopting pets, kidz will have plenty to build and talk! Let’s have a building adventure – the Bricks 4 Kidz way!
Thursday, April 11th | Jurassic Brick Land
Are you ready for the adventure of a lifetime? Put on your hiking boots and camouflage… you’re about to enter Jurassic Brick Land! Campers will build a world that comes to life with gentle Brontosaurus, ferocious Veliciraptor, terrifying T. Rex, and more!
We’ll learn about amazing dinosaurs that lived during the Jurassic period, and other extinct, prehistoric animals that roamed the earth and swam the seas during that era and millions of years later. Show us your building skills using our specialized project kits! Come learn, build and play at Jurassic Brick Land camp!
Friday, April 12th | Galaxy Far Away
Join us on an adventurous journey through space! Build the Redstone Rocket to blast through the atmosphere into a realm that is truly out of this world. Travel back in time to build NASA’s Gemini Capsule. Trust your astronaut’s building skills to pilot a spacecraft that will bring you back to Earth safely. We’ll build motorized models that represent spacecraft from your favorite popular space movie. Come experience this stellar journey to a galaxy far away!
Cancellation Policy
As you sign your child up for camp, please know that we are looking forward to a great camp and want to be sure each child is ready and able to attend in advance of your signing up.
For 1-week camp: If a cancellation occurs 3 full weeks (21 days) or more prior to a camp session, a refund will be provided minus a $50 administrative fee. Refunds will NOT be provided after this cut off time.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate refunds for partial attendance, sickness or closures due to inclement weather.
Bricks 4 Kidz® reserves the right to cancel any program due to low enrollment. Upon cancellation, a full refund is issued.
