Coding and Robotics

Using software while working on laptops, elementary school aged students will be able to program the model builds they craft using unique Bricks 4 Kidz model plans and LEGO^® Education products. Kids have so much fun while learning at an early age to succeed in a technology-based world.

Ages 6-10

In Junior Robotics, Bricks 4 Kidz utilizes the new WeDo 2.0 and Bluetooth technologies, computer programming and our unique robot models. Children learn to bridge the physical world, represented by our models and the virtual world of computers and a graphical programming software, providing a hands-on learning experience that actively involves young students in their own learning process.

Ages 7-12

We use the highly popular Scratch language from MIT and students use virtual LEGO models for Coding: Video Game Design, where students create a variety of games, and Coding: Movie Making which is a fun approach to coding where the end result is an animated short.

Ages 9-14

In Spike Robotics, Bricks 4 Kidz utilizes the latest Spike Prime^® technologies, computer programming and building our unique robot models. Children are introduced to somewhat more advanced language features, equipping them at an early age to succeed in a technology-based marketplace. STEM concepts and teamwork are combined in this action packed program where kids learn real-life skills while having real-kid fun!
