Our holiday activities are designed for kids ages 5–13, are staffed by trained, screened BRICKS 4 KIDZ® instructors, and have the best child:staff ratio around!
Bricks 4 Kidz® camps are a fresh and fun way for kids ages 5-13+ to spend their school or holiday break! Guided by our experienced teachers and built around exciting themes, children will enjoy using LEGO® Bricks to build specially-designed Bricks 4 Kidz models, play LEGO®games and explore the world of engineering and architecture.
The summer-camp themes to choose from are:
Bricks 4 God: Discover God’s unconditional love for all of us by delving into a handful of cherished Bible stories. Practice engineering as you use your building skills to create models of baby Moses, strong Samson, Moses parting the Red Sea, a horse-drawn chariot, and Jacob’s vision of a stairway to heaven. These engaging model builds and other fun activities in Bricks 4 God camp will encourage your camper’s spiritual faith, as well as provide fun, hands-on experiences to share with their peers.
Game On: For kids today, it’s all about the world of online video games and apps! In this interactive summer camp, campers will use LEGO® Bricks to create and build different characters from their favorite video games, such as Beyblades, Minecraft, Nintendo & SEGA themes, Duck Hunt, Pacman, Sonic the Hedgehog, & Zelda, Pokemon, Roblox, and Super Mario Bros. New 2024 LEGO® models added for this camp will be models based on the popular LEGO Masters Television program!
Movie Mashup: Join us on a movie mash-up adventure, offered in Waxahachie only! This camp is filled with a variety of awesome model builds from your favorite movies, such as Angry Birds, Bat League Heroes & Villains, Bricks 4 Girlz, Despicable Me, Disney movies, Finding Nemo, Frozen, Harry Potter movies, How to Train a Dragon, Incredibles, Jungle Cruise, Jurassic Brick Land, LEGO® movies, Ninjago, Star Wars, Super Hero Academy, Teen Titan Go, Teenage Brick Turtles, Toy Story, and Transformers. New 2024 models added for this camp will based on the World of Wizards (e.g. Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts)!
Robotics with Micro:Bits: Digital technology is transforming our lives. An ability to understand and create practical hands-on projects, using such technology is important. The Robotics with Microbit summer camp, offered in Red Oak only, will aim to meet this need. In this camp, students will be introduced to Micro:bit, a mini computer. They will receive an introduction to hardware, programming, and robotics using microbits. These challenges will enhance computational thinking and logical reasoning. This one-week camp is designed for the age group of 8-14. They will need to bring a laptop with them to camp and will take home a microbit and a cutebot.
