Election Day: Tuesday, November 2, 2021
Did you realize that in Knox County Tennessee, Public Schools are closed for Election Day, since a number of the public schools are used for places to vote? It may not be a presidential election year, but there are always local elections going on annually, and that is what the first Tuesday in November is set aside for.
If your child’s Elementary School closed is for Election Day, Bricks 4 Kidz can help!
Bricks 4 Kidz Knoxville offers day camps for many school holidays, and Election Day is one of them. (also check out the complete overview of the school holidays we offer camps on)
This also means that many of the schools that usually provide aftercare, are not able to on Election Day.

Adventures in the City (the LEGO City!) is going to be great fun for kids Kindergarten and up!!

Camp Description: Every day is an Adventure in the LEGO City! Whether we are building skyscrapers and flying helicopters overhead, or on the Rescue Squad watching out for burning buildings and bank robbers, we’ll do it with a lot of cool LEGO bricks, motors, axles and gears! So put on your “Master Builder Thinking Cap” and come join us as we take on the town the Bricks 4 Kidz way!
Both the morning and afternoon camps today will have the same “City” theme, but will feature completely different activities.
Who: Ages 5+ (We expect our youngest campers to be currently enrolled in Kindergarten, and our oldest to be in 5th grade.
When: Morning Camp runs 9-Noon. Afternoon Camp runs 1-4pm. An 8am early drop-off and a 5pm late pick-up are also available at an extra charge.
How Much? $45, $39 for sibling. $12 early drop-off. $12 late pick-up

About Our Creative Camps
Our Creative Camp series is designed to be an amazing LEGO-filled experience for boys and girls in Kindergarten-5th Grade. Every day is a different adventure, with a variety of different LEGO building techniques, crafts and science experiments, making friends, guided creative play time and so much more all around our theme of the week. From Mosaics to Sculptures, and Marble Mazes to skyscrapers taller than the kids, we’re always doing activities that helps the kids learn STEAM (Science Technology Engineering Art and Math) fundamentals in ways that are fun and engaging — our campers usually don’t realize they’re learning something because they’re having so much fun doing it!

When Does the Summer Camp Schedule get announced?
- Mark your calendars! We annually release our summer camp schedule the Tuesday before Thanksgiving, in conjunction with our annual “Taco Tuesday” summer camps special, where we pre-sell summer camps at our absolute cheapest prices of the year (except for Mast Brick Academy members)
- Tuesday, November 22, 2021 — Check back for our 2022 Summer Camp Schedule!!!
- And, don’t forget to take advantage of our Taco Tuesday (pick a week of summer camp) or Double Decker Taco Tuesday (pick 2 weeks of summer camp) at low low prices. This special will only be available for a week, or until our limited number of spots (24 pick 1’s and 12 pick 2’s) are taken — whichever happens first.
