The Bricks4Biz method is designed to increase teamwork, increase employee “buy-in” and build communication channels within organizations. In these corporate team-building sessions, colleagues will use the power of LEGO®-building in a number of different formats including games, challenges, and shared model-building. By engaging in a hands-on, shared and playful activity, communication barriers and hesitancies between colleagues are knocked down and replaced with new bonds, understanding and a sense of shared goals.

Corporate Strategy & Problem-solving with the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method

The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method, designed to help corporate teams and entities solve large-scale strategic issues or questions, is a facilitated meeting, communication, and problem-solving process that was developed by The LEGO® Group in which participants are led through a series of questions, probing deeper and deeper into the subject. Each participant builds their own LEGO® model in response to the facilitator’s questions using specially selected LEGO® elements. These 3D models serve as a basis for group discussion, knowledge sharing, problem solving, and decision making. The Method is a technique which improves group problem solving. By utilizing visual, auditory, and kinesthetic skills, the Method requires participants to learn and listen, and it provides everyone with a voice. This Method has been used by Facebook, Google, the United Nations, Boeing, AOL, Proctor and Gamble, and many other world famous organizations.

The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method ensures equal participation from everyone in the group, builds consensus and team understanding, and it creates a safe and productive environment for idea generation. We use the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method to:
