I am the Regional Executive Director of BRICKS 4 KIDZ®, an enrichment program designed to introduce concepts of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) to students between the ages of 3 and 13 using LEGO® Bricks.

I draw from my diverse experiences established through my seven-year career working as a public school teacher in New York City.  I have designed curriculum aimed at improving student outcomes on local and statewide assessments in the content areas of Algebra, Geometry and Life Science. Although successful at preparing students for standardized assessments, my passion lies beyond test performance. I firmly believe in utilizing real-world situations that allow students to experience learning, resulting in deeper understanding.

Realizing the need for students to be more prepared to compete successfully in an increasingly competitive global arena, I decided to further my impact by introducing BRICKS 4 KIDZ® to Brooklyn, NY. This program has been designed to provide families and educational organizations a greater way of fostering student success. Participants are motivated through an experiential learning experience, direct hands-on activities, engaging lessons and leading edge technology, which facilitate student learning. Some of the services provided by BRICKS 4 KIDZ® include Pre-school Classes, After School Programs, In-school Field Trips and Summer Camps.
