A 50% minimum non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date. Cake & snack are the responsibility of the birthday party planner, may be added onto the party package at the Creativity Center.

Refunds:  If you cancel your party, you will receive a refund of party package amounts paid excluding the deposit and amounts for any party specific add-ons that may have been purchased for the party.  However, your deposit can be used towards another date with in 1 year of cancellation.
