You must:

1. Be reliable and dependable.
2. Have reliable and dependable transportation.
3. Be able to pass a background check and finger print check.
4. You must be at least 18 years old with some work experience with some college education.
5. Like kids and be able to handle a room full of elementary school kids in an after school program.
6. Be a fun and outgoing person who enjoys kids!
