Join us this summer for some our favorite stoybooks, Duplo builds, games, crafts, free play and meet new friends!

About
Give your child what they want most – one-on-one time with you!
Designed to create a time of fun, learning and bonding between you and your toddler.
Socialize with other parents and children in an educational, yet relaxed environment.
Our 45-50 minute class will introduce your child to age-appropriate skills such as following simple directions, identification of colours, shapes, size, counting, fine motor, gross motor, phonics, sequencing, pattern skills and simple building.
Songs, games and creative play are part of each class and allow for positive social interaction to be between children.
There are many educational, developmental, and social benefits to the Mommy & Me / Daddy & Me BRICKS 4 KIDZ® class. Here are just a few.
It is a great bonding activity
Mommy & Me / Daddy & Me classes offer a wonderful opportunity for bonding. Bonding provides a sense of security and fosters a positive self esteem. Bonding is necessary to help your child grow and flourish. In a Mommy and Me / Daddy & Me class you will interact together, or just participate in similar activities that will promote bonding.
It can help your child develop cognitive and gross motor skills
Our Mommy & Me / Daddy & Me class will help with your child’s overall development. For example, in our classes your child can develop the spatial/relational thinking to follow the project instructions, taps into both the visual and kinesthetic learning styles. Also, playing with LEGO bricks is highly motivating, so your child is more likely to retain information that is delivered in the context of something that interests her or him. Our staff will present for you and your child a curriculum based on learning numbers, colors, Basic LEGO© Duplo Builds, sight words, phonetic awareness, sorting and counting, and much, much more.
It can help your child develop Social/emotional skills
A Mommy & Me / Daddy & Me class is a great way to develop the social/emotional skills such as patience, communication and teamwork are exercised in the process of completing a build . A Mommy & Me / Daddy & Me class can help your child get used to being in a structural setting, help them learn how to follow directions and it’s a less anxiety-provoking way of getting your child ready for the classroom.
