Conveniently located at 12460 SW 127th Ave. Miami, FL 33186. Our Creative Center is the host for half-day enrichment Bricks 4 Kidz® camps that feature exciting themes and models focusing on motorized LEGO builds, color coding robots, computer science, coding, architecture and engineering.

Small groups

Camps are designed to keep your child engaged in a collaborative and non competitive environment. Children work in pairs and teams settings to complete projects based on the theme of the week highlighting technology and science concepts using math and measuring techniques. We never have more than 20 children on a single group with a student/teacher ratio of 8/1.

Advanced Robotics EV3

Our Advanced Robotics camps are designed to have your child engaged through challenges that involve problem-solving and critical thinking. From spiders to rovers and electric guitars; with exclusive Bricks 4 Kidz curriculum, your child will learn the endless possibilities of programming using LEGO’s most advanced EV3 Mindstorms Robotics kits. Only for ages 8-12.

Camps for preschoolers

At Bricks 4 Kidz we believe that the joy of learning and exploring our creativity comes from very early ages. Our preschool camps focus on nurturing your child’s love for building while exploring the world that surrounds them. Preschoolers get a deeper understanding on how everything works by learning on a playful setting with storytelling focused activities. Our biggest scientists and engineers where able to discover their talents from a very early each, are you ready to tap into your child’s potential?

Jr. Robotics & Specialty camps

Imagine building a robot using LEGO® bricks and programming it to behave how you want, or creating LEGO® movie clip to share with family and friends; What about creating your very own digital comic book to tell that story you always wanted to share with the world? Our Jr. Robotics / Specialty camps are project based programs that encourage children to learn a specific discipline using LEGO® bricks!

Our most popular camps are designed to teach your child the importance of following directions with AWESOME themes like Bat-League, Pocket Brick Critters, Jurassic World and more. With a wide variety of LEGO® bricks from Color Kits, to Project Kits, Mosaics and Crafting; our  LEGO® Builders will learn through Creative Play.

Our JR. Robotics and Specialty camps teach your child the world of programming/coding. With exclusive Bricks 4 Kidz® models, our children develop critical thinking while engaging in challenges related to everyday technology tasks, movie-making techniques and storytelling. All our activities are desiged in a team-collaborative enviorment that is non-competitive and where children also develop socializing skills based on respect and tolerance for their peers.  These programs are designed for children ages 8 & up who are comfortable using tablets/computers and have prior experience building with LEGO®.

EV3 Mindstorms PIC

Experience the cutting edge of technology with the introduction of LEGO® MINDSTORMS EV3 Robotics. Students will be captivated as they incorporate the newest generation of motors, sensors and software by programming their commands directly into the intelligent brick. Test their capabilities by moving an object with a robotic claw, building a robot that draws, or creating a mouse trap. Our endless list of builds is sure to provide the complete fundamental components of robotics at its best!

Do you offer single day options?

Single Day camps are based on availability and are priced at $70 for the entire day (8AM-5PM) and $35 for half day (9am-12pm or 1pm-4pm)  Phone registrations are mandatory for single day camps by calling (866) 384-5501

Frequently Asked Questions

Are prices displayed for full day or half day?

Please note when registering all prices on the form will show full price (morning OR afternoon weekly fees) to take advantage of any promo code or special offer, please copy and paste the code before check out during registration. Parents may choose as many weeks as they are interested in. There is no minimum week requirement and weeks selected do not have to be consecutive.

What are the age restrictions for each camp?

Please be aware that camps & activities are designed based on ages and complexity. It is up to the parent's responsibility to decided in which camp to enroll by meeting age requirements. If, by any change you register to a camp with a different age group that your son/daughter is allowed, we will credit your account and happily transfer you to another camp based on availability. We do not give reimbursements.

Where is TeKnologi Center located?

TeKnologi is a computer science based educational center owned by the same company that owns Bricks 4 Kidz Kendall. The center is opining it's doors early April 2017 and it's also conveniently located in Kendall at 12460 SW 127th Ave, Miami. FL. 33186

Do I send my child with lunch or snack to camp?

Lunch and Breakfast will be provided. Morning Session Breakfast and Lunch. Afternoon Session Lunch. Please send a small snacks for every camp enrolled.

If your child has allergies or medical conditions we should be aware of, please don’t forget to fill these in the registration process, we do not assume responsibility for allergic reactions that might occur due to lack of information on the registration form.

What types of camps do you offer?

Our camps are designed by ages, experience with LEGO® bricks and interests of each child. Preschool Camps are designed for the younger ones and basically focus on developing fine motor skills using DUPLO® bricks while teaching basic preschool concepts. LEGO® Builders camps are designed around themes that love and focus on the use of different LEGO® bricks like color builds, mosaics and tech builds, to have the child engage in building characters, objects and environments according to the theme of the camp Jr. Robotics & Specialty camps are for older children who desire more project-based setting and wish to achieve certain goals. These camps have an end of camp final project and focus more on specific techniques like coding, storytelling, movie editing and robotics in general. Advanced Robotics camps are for the oldest kids / teens that have experienced LEGO® Robotics and / or wish to have greater Robotics programming / coding challenges. These last type of camps have a lower instructor / student ratio, and like the specialty camps, are also based on projects that they present to their parents at the end of each week.

Do you offer any discounts?

We love to reward our parents for registering and paying early.  Parents that pay the summer tuition with registration fees prior to April 28 , 2017 will get a 10% discount on every camp using PROMO CODE589D2C7F3F1E0 at check out.

Do you make refunds?

We understand that sometimes situations arise which require you to change your plans without prior notice, but also, all the materials for the campers are ordered and purchased prior to the start of each camp consequently we have a NON-Refund policy. Refunds will not be offered or given for attending partial days or weeks due to sickness, closures, inclement weather or Acts of God.

What's your cancellations policy?

Bricks 4 Kidz® reserves the right to cancel any program due to insufficient enrollment. Upon cancellation, a full refund will be made less classes already completed.

Do students take home their projects? Is there a camp T-shirt?

Since we use our LEGO® supplies in classes and camps throughout the year, students do not take home projects or pieces. For LEGO® builders camps we do make crafts based on the theme(s) which the do get to take home. For all camps we offer a Souvenir Welcome package for $35 extra that includes a summer camp LEGO® name tag, water bottle, and a camp t-shirt. The purchase of this package is not mandatory but we highly encourage all parents to get it.

Can anyone pick up my child from camp?

Authorized Parents/Caregivers must sign children out of programs. The only people that your child will be released to are those listed on your registration form. All persons authorized to pick up students must be at least 16 years of age. If someone other than a parent will pick up your child, please give us prior written notice. If there is an emergency and no one on your list can pick up your child, the primary parent/guardian must call the Bricks 4 Kidz® Director to allow another adult to pick up the child or send a signed note of authorization with that person.

Are Bricks 4 Kidz® instructors screened?

Bricks 4 Kidz® instructors are individuals who have a great interest and ability in teaching Bricks 4 Kidz® programs to students in an exciting way. Each instructor is trained in teaching specific lessons involving the themes in the programs. In addition, all instructors go through a criminal history background check.
