After-School Program

REFUND & PRO-RATE POLICY:

Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance at a scheduled class or after a session has ended. Refunds are not issued due to a student’s absence. The student and/or parent are responsible for keeping track of session dates stated on flyer/website. The only time we can pro-rate the fee is if the student is signing up late and has already missed the first or second class.

Cancellation of registration three weeks before the start of the after school session will receive the total fee less $8 for processing. Cancellation made two weeks before the start of the session will receive 50% refund with $8 fee for processing. Cancellation made one week before the start of the session will receive 25% refund with $8 fee for processing. No refunds will be granted 4 days before the start of the session.

MAKE-UP CLASSES & TRANSFER POLICY:

If a class must be missed, there are no repercussions with the exception that the class has been paid for and missed classes are non-refundable. Make up classes & transfers will be accommodated as long as there is room in the class.

CANCELLATIONS:

Bricks 4 Kidz reserves the right to cancel any program due to insufficient enrollment. Upon cancellation, a full refund will be made less classes already completed.

DISMISSAL & PICK-UP POLICY:

You child should be picked up promptly at the end of LEGO® class. Due to our instructors teaching at multiple schools, it is important that your child be picked up no later than 5 minutes after class. A late fee of $10 will incur if our instructors are to wait. All persons authorized to pick up students must be at least 18 years of age. If someone other than a parent will pick up your child, please give us prior verbal notice. If there is an emergency and no one on your list can pick up your child, the primary parent/guardian must call the Bricks 4 Kidz Director to allow another adult to pick up the child or send a signed note of authorization with that person.

CLASS CONDUCT:

Bricks 4 Kidz reserves the right to release, without refund, any child whose behavior becomes unmanageable. This action is quick but will not be taken without warnings. Our policy is to first speak with the student about the problem at the class and to inform the parent. If it continues at the next class, the next step would be to inform the parent and the student that he/she is no longer welcome at the remaining Bricks 4 Kidz® classess. No child will be allowed to intentionally physically harm any other person or person’s property while class is in session. Any type of Bullying in not tolerated! Bricks 4 Kidz® highly discourages students from bringing any personal LEGO® bricks such as minifigures or personal LEGO® models to classes. Bricks 4 Kidz® is NOT responsible for damages or loss of any personal property while at a class.

STAFF:

Bricks 4 Kidz instructors are individuals who have a great interest and ability in teaching Bricks 4 Kidz programs to students in an exciting way. Each instructor is trained in teaching specific lessons involving the themes in the programs. In addition, all instructors go through a criminal history background check.

DO STUDENTS TAKE HOME THEIR PROJECTS?

Since we use our LEGO® supplies in classes and camps throughout the year, students do not take home projects or pieces.

Summer Camp

REGISTRATION:

Registration into the camp is completed online or by phone with Bricks 4 Kidz®. Payment in Full or required at the time of registration.

Summer Transfer & Cancellation Policy 

REFUND POLICY: Request a refund prior to April 1st and you will receive the total tuition minus a $30 processing fee. For requests after April 1st and at least 3 weeks before the first day of camp, you will receive 50% of the tuition paid per student cancellation and 75% of any extended care purchased. Sorry, no refunds within 3 weeks of camp, but you can transfer the registration to another child (e.g. another family member or friend) with only the $30 processing fee or credit the full amount toward a future camp.

TRANSFER POLICY: Changes to enrollment will be made based on camp availability and are subject to a $25 administrative fee.

CAMP CANCELLATION: We reserve the right to cancel any program due to insufficient enrollment. Upon cancellation the enrolled kids will be sent to the nearest camp. A full refund will be provided if we cannot transfer to the nearest camp.

Authorized Parents/Caregivers must sign children in/out of programs. The only people that your child will be released to are those listed on your information form. FAQ

What is the address for the Camps and drop off place?

Please see the location listed on our summer camp location page. 

Are there any forms that a parent needs to complete?

Parents need to sign off  the waiver form. Please download the form and bring it with you on the first day of the camp.

What should your child wear at the camp?

Kids should wear clothes that are comfortable for indoor activities and outdoor play.

What should your child bring for lunch?

All our camps are a NUT-FREE Camp. So please avoid bringing food with nuts.  

How early can I drop off my child?

Our instructors are available to receive your child at 8:55 AM in the morning and at 12:30 PM in the afternoon.

What does my child do in after-care?

The children will have activities like free play, games , art work and outside play.
